Each year Clear Kids runs a Client Happiness Survey (see below). We publish the results to reveal the satisfaction ratings of our current clients including those we see online about the quality of our Canberra Speech Pathology services. See the infographic below for the results of the 2019 Client Happiness Survey. To collect this information, we email out the Survey Monkey link to all clients and collate their responses anonymously. We encourage our clients to provide suggestions to improve our clinical services to inform changes for the year to come and actively invite constructive feedback.
